Our center proudly offers variety of therapeutic coaching and educational services at our branch in Toronto, Canada. My training and educational background in the field of psychology inspired me to create different therapeutic coaching programs based on my clients needs. Services are offered via online platform. You can choose among our individual coaching, workshops and classes if your goal is self-development. Couples can benefit from our relationship coaching programs to improve their relationship or work on their issues. Early childhood parent education programs are designed to help young parent educate themselves with the knowledge of parenting and boost their parenting skills.

Individual Coaching

In our individual coaching sessions you can work on your self-esteem, self-development or any issue or stressor you wish to work on.

Relationship Coaching

Our relationship coaching sessions are designed to help couples gain a better understanding of self, their partners and the relationship itself. Acquiring better communication skills through discussions and behavior modeling help you get the clarity and joy you need in your relationship.

Parent Coaching

Parenting has never been this challenging. We never had this much parenting material and workshops around. In my parent education/consultation sessions you gain knowledge about yourself, your child, your family and what best works for you.

Self-Care & Self-Esteem Course

I created this course for my internship program in 2016. I have taught this course ongoing in English & Farsi and the results my clients gained were so rewarding for me. This course is for anyone looking to build and restore self-worth, self esteem, and self confidence."
